Obituary of Patricia Ann Aleci

Patricia Ann Aleci, 82, Armagh formerly of New Brighton, passed away October 29, 2024, at Quality-of-Life Services, Johnstown.  Born March 12, 1942, in New Brighton the daughter of late Anthony “Tony” and Mamie (Cutrona) Aleci.  Also preceded in death by great-grandson Stephen Michael Taylor, Jr.

 

Survived by daughters Theresa Taylor-Ford, Patricia Hornick, Kathryn Hornick, Michelle Dunn (John), grandchildren Stephen (Jessica), Ricky, Kassidy, Colletta (Devin), Kennidy (Dave), Roberta, and John Michael, great-grandchildren Faith, Domenic, and Greyson.  Also, several cousins and close friends.

 

Patricia graduated from St. Joeseph’s in New Brighton, New Brighton H.S. class of 1960, Carlow University, and Duquesne University.  She worked at Beaver County Medical Center, Aliquippa Hospital, Commonwealth of PA, Dept of Corrections, and Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab.  Member of Junior Women’s Club, New Brighton, Women’s Club of Beaver Valley, Holy Family Catholic Church, New Brighton, Italian Mutual Benefit Society, Koppel, Catholic Daughters of America, New Brighton, Office of Aging, Armagh, Associate member of Congregation Sisters of St. Joseph.  She volunteered at Women’s Center of Beaver County, PA Coalition of Domestic Violence and Rape, Holy Family Catholic Church Bingo, CCD at Holy Family Catholic Church, New Brighton and CCD at Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward.  Her passions were family, friends, NBHS class of 1960, Pittsburgh Steeler’s and Sisters of St. Joseph, CSJA. 

 

Friends received from 10 am till 11:45 am Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh.  Mass of Christian burial noon Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 425 Seward.  Committal Armagh Cemetery.
